✨ ClickUp is where we organize all of our recurring to-do lists for our team. If it’s not in ClickUp, chances are I’ll forget to do it. This could be a great tool to track your own daily power hours or tasks that you want your virtual assistant to do on a weekly basis.⁣

✨ We organize our IG in Trello - from hashtag lists to post planning, it’s all in Trello. We also create to-do lists for our clients in Trello!⁣

✨ I probably can’t explain my love for Canva in an Instagram caption… But let me say that Canva Pro is an amazing investment for your business and it will take things like your recognition graphics to the NEXT LEVEL.⁣

✨ Coffee because I launched my first challenge group guide when I found out I was pregnant with our youngest and I haven’t slept well in 2 years 🤣⁣

✨ Slack is where we do all of our team communication. I honestly think this would be such a cool tool to run messaging threads for push groups or for your new coaches in cohorts... away from the negativity of other social media platforms, if you know what I mean.⁣

✨ The tips and strategies from @chalenejohnson + @brock11johnson in Instaclubhub have helped us to grow our Instagram + reach more people... so that we can help more coaches with their businesses 😍⁣
