How can I change my password or account information?

Log into your account at https://themompreneurva.mykajabi.com/login - then, click on your Avatar in the top, right-hand corner and select Settings. From there, update your password and click Save.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please send an email to helpmomva@gmail.com to cancel your recurring subscription.

I want to upgrade to a longer subscription to save money. Can I do that?

Absolutely! You can go ahead and purchase the longer subscription - then, shoot us an email as your original subscription will not be cancelled automatically. We'll also be able to see if there's any overlap between your original subscription and your new subscription and refund the difference!

We send out the Google Drive Link on the 15th of each month - we recommend flagging this email so you can come back to it. Also, if you have accessed the resources in Google Drive, you can look in your Recent folder on Drive to get back to it. We always remove the current content on the 17th of the month.

1. Go into the IG Stories folder.

1. Click on a story and hold your finger down on that story - the option to save should pop up.

1. If that doesn't work, select the 3 dots in the bottom right; select "Send a Copy" and then choose "Save Video."

If Drive does not work for you, the easiest way to download stories is from Kajabi on a computer. This will download them in a zip file, then you can open the zip file and save them to your computer. After that,  either send them to yourself via Facebook Messenger or email (one story at a time so they don’t get too big!). Then, you are able to save to your phone and upload to Instagram. Weird? Yes, but it works!

Get an error message when trying to open the zip folder? This is often an explorer issue: Try using Chrome or dragging the zip folder into your downloads. If you cannot see the video stories when you go to upload them to your IG stories, this is because they often appear in your photo feed based on when they were created, not when they were saved. You can scroll to find them OR create a specific album on your phone just for stories. Then, you'll be able to pull up that folder whenever you want to add video content to your IG stories!

You can share just the posts and graphics to schedule (not the other content like stories, newsletters, etc) so that they can help facilitate the group! We suggest just sharing those drive folders so they just have the info they need. Beyond that, any unauthorized sharing goes against our terms and conditions and will be met with legal action.

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to their renewal date.
