Welcome to Care for Yourself Club đź©· This month is about self-care and self-love in ways that feel supportive, realistic, and actually enjoyable. Small choices that help your days feel steadier. Little moments that remind you to take care of yourself, too.

Here’s what February looks like around here:

On Mondays, we start with How Are You, Really? A real check-in to see how you’re feeling and what you need as the week begins.

Tuesdays bring Feed Yourself Well. Food as care. Simple meals, snacks, and ideas that help you feel nourished and supported.

Wednesdays are for One Kind Choice. One supportive thing you choose for yourself that day. Nothing complicated.

Thursdays invite you to Soften the Day. Easing one part of your day, space, or expectations so things feel a little lighter.

Fridays are Care Together. Connection and community. Checking in, sharing, and supporting each other as the weekend starts.

Saturdays are all about Rest + Enjoy. Comfort, rest, or something that just feels good to you.

And on Sundays, we pause with What Helped This Week. A moment to notice what supported you and what you want to carry forward.
