Hey, want to feel stronger this August?

My newest challenge, Summer Strength Society, is all about showing up in a way that actually works for you. We’re focusing on small, doable habits that help you feel better in your body and your headspace.

Here’s what we’re doing each day:
✨ Mondays: Checking in on mindset and giving yourself some credit so you start the week feeling more confident
✨ Tuesdays: Simple ways to eat that help your energy stay steady and reduce those annoying crashes
✨ Wednesdays: Moving your body in ways that feel good and doable, so you actually look forward to it
✨ Thursdays: Finding easy ways to keep showing up, even when life feels messy or motivation dips
✨ Fridays: Sharing wins and leaning on each other for support because we’re better together
✨ Saturdays: Noticing your strength in everyday moments like holding boundaries or getting through tough days
✨ Sundays: Taking time to rest and reset so you can head into the new week feeling more like yourself
