Happy New Year, besties 🎉
January always feels like a natural reset. Not in a dramatic way, but in a fresh-start, clean-slate kind of way. It is a good time to check in with how your days are actually feeling and to be more intentional about your energy.
So, welcome to the January Energy Lab! The focus is on noticing what supports your energy, what drains it, and how small adjustments can make everyday life feel better and more sustainable.
Here is how the month will flow:
Mondays are Set Your Baseline. This is where we check in on energy, sleep, mood, or routines and choose one simple focus to guide the week.
Tuesdays are Build Better Habits. We’re going to focus on small, realistic habits that support your energy and fit into real life.
Wednesdays are Fuel the Experiment. I’ll be sharing food ideas and recipes that support steady energy without overthinking it.
Thursdays are Clear the Static. This is about clearing mental clutter, stress, or physical messes that are quietly draining your energy.
Fridays are Check Your Data. We look back at what worked during the week, what did not, and what you want to carry into the weekend.
Saturdays are The Renewal Test. This will be all about focusing on simple ways to refill your energy during the weekend.
Sundays are Lab Partners. This is our connection day. We check in with each other, share wins or real-life moments from the week, and support one another as we head into a new one.
