Everyday Nutrition Challenge

 

Ok, so what if eating better this fall felt simple, realistic, and actually doable, no matter how busy your days get?

That’s what the Everyday Nutrition Challenge is all about. For the whole month of October, I’m running a challenge focused on small changes that make a big difference, like starting the week with a quick move that sets you up for easier meals, making smart swaps so your food keeps you full longer, and adding in simple prep steps that take minutes but save you so much time later.

You’ll try quick recipes that don’t require an overhaul of your pantry, find ways to make busy-day eating work for you, and start noticing how different food choices make you feel so you can eat in a way that actually supports your energy and mood.

Here’s what you can expect this month:

🍁We’ll kick off each week with Fuel Your Week, where you set up one simple nutrition move that makes eating easier for days.
🍁On Tuesdays, we’ll Smart Swap something you already eat and upgrade it for more protein, fiber, color, or staying power.
🍁Midweek, we’ll Test a Meal with a simple, realistic recipe you can try and keep if you love it.
🍁On Thursdays, we’ll Prep a Little so tomorrow’s eating takes less effort.
🍁Fridays, we’ll Feel it to Feed it by bringing awareness to the emotions around our food.
🍁On Saturdays, we’ll practice Real Life Nutrition (eating on the go still counts, and we’ll make the best call with what you have).
🍁Sundays, we’ll Set Up Sunday with one small thing that makes the next week smoother.

This challenge is here to help you feel supported around food, find what works in your real life, and build habits you can come back to again and again.
